Buying
All items have 18% buyers premium, PST and GST added to the winning bid price. There is a 3% discount for debit or E-transfer.
All bidders must register for online bidding and obtain a bidder number/paddle before bidding at the auction.
Items must be paid for in full and removed by 4:00 pm on the Monday following the Sunday auction. Items must be paid for in full prior to removal.
Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-Transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
Once sold, items become the property of the purchaser and are left at his/her own risk. Purchasers should bring their own boxes and packing materials to remove purchased items as these items are not provided and limited help is available. We are not responsible for items left in the building after being sold to the highest bidder.

There are no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied, on items sold at the auction. All items are sold "As is - Where is".
Viewing of items is particularly important so that the person is satisfied as to what he/she is buying. The preview is held the day of the auction.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted, including damaged or non-working merchandise.
All persons who enter Cotton Auctions and Appraisals do so at their own risk.
