Items sold at auction include antiques, collectibles, new and used furniture, appliances, household items, tools, electronics, and much, much more.
Merchandise can be sold either on consignment or sometimes by direct cash purchase.
If you want to sell, or are considering selling items, bring items to the auction location at 102-1525 Broadway St., Port Coquitlam, Sunday to Tuesday from 8:00 am-4:00 pm, and Wednesday from 8:00 am-2:00 pm; or send pictures and inquiries to John Cotton at This email address is being protected from spambots. Good quality merchandise should be brought to 102 - 1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam.
Staff can assist in receiving items for consignment.
Items are listed on a consignment form which you will receive a copy of.
Items will be tagged with your account number.
Items are sold to the highest bidder at auction.
We accept only good quality merchandise for consignment. Dirty or unusable items will be refused. We do not accept large furniture items.
Unsold items are the responsibility of the consignor. Unsold items will be disposed of at our discretion.
All cheques are ready for pick up on the second Sunday after the items are sold, fourteen days following the sale, after 12:00 noon
There are no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied, on items sold at the auction. All items are sold "As is - Where is".
Viewing of items is particularly important so that the person is satisfied as to what he/she is buying. The preview is held the day of the auction.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted, including damaged or non-working merchandise.
All persons who enter Cotton Auctions and Appraisals do so at their own risk.
Cotton Auctions and Appraisals assumes no risk or liability for the safety of those entering the auction premises.
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
